Does running help you lose weight from your midsection?
Question:
Answers:
In a way, yes. Running helps you lose weight and some of the weight will come from the midsection. But to get a toned midsection, you need to do exercises that affect the muscles in that area of the body. I wish my midsection was more toned, but weight loss doesn't do the job entirely.
Other Answers:
yes
There's no such thing as losing weight in certain places. If you run you will lose weight all over (including your stomach). After you run..do some crunches. This will help tighten the stomach up. Only if you run your A$$ off :P
It will help with general lost but you need to do exercises particularly for the abdomen for weight lost there.
cardio wont burn fat from just one place. nothing can make fat go away from just once place. cardio will burn all of your fat
yes running targets your whole body
