How can I get my body into shape?


Question:
I am not fat, I just want abbs and pecks... I weight 203 pounds and I use to weight 230. I have been working on my weight for about 4 months. Well now that I am near my target weight I want to start tune some muscle. Is there anyway to burn the little bit of fat I have left and start getting my stomach to show that six pack I had when I was 8. Also I am 17 right now.

Walk every day as much as you can stand it.

I bought the book because I was amazed at the picture of the testimonials that they showed.

But 12 weeks is hell of a long time and I did try their programme for like 6 weeks. I did see my body shaping up somewhat but alas, I did not finish the program due to some unforseened circumstances ;)
