Is Tae Bo a good workout?

Tae Bo is an AMAZING workout. I used to do it five or six times a week and I lost 22 pounds in a summer, PLUS got a gorgeous hourglass shape and a firm, toned stomach and rear end! The only reason I can't do it right now is because I'm living in a very small apartment above another apartment, and don't want to wake my downstairs neighbors up at 6 AM :)

No. The workout did nothing for me. I felt ridiculous punching and kicking. TaeBo definitely does not work!

I love Billy Blank's Tae Bo work outs! He really makes you sweat. Yes, it does work as long as you are consistent in your workouts.
for some people it is. I myself wouldn't even think of trying to do some of the moves involved with this type of exercise, unless I can get a cheap tow truck I would not do them myself
