Answers:
then don't do any weight lifting just do other exercises like pull-ups they really help
you are one of the dumbest people i have met. This makes no sense at all, you are already fat. Lose weight and get healthy.
your question is really confusing
get off the computer and go get some exercise
whoa well. eat less [not too less like just eating rabit food]
there should be some sites where they give you a diet plan based on your wieght and height so search for that..
cut the bad food out.. like chips and soda for a lil bit..
sorry but you're gonna have to sacrafice.. workout.. you dont have to weight lift. but if you want some muscles to impress the girls then maybe you should. :D
do simple stuff like walking.. and jogging. when im working out. i tend to push myself so that.. the next time it wouldnt be as hard as the first time..
ex: you want to r un about a mile try to run it in like 20 and then decrease your time to 15, 10 and then if you cant go lower.. you accomplished a lot already by increasing your speed and decreasing your time..
you also have to be consistent with this plan if you wanna lose wieght you have to do it constantly to get to your goal and to stay that way.. so yeah..

wow.. you INSPIRE me to work out now.[i need to train for basketball anyways:] ]

good luck buddy..
if you need help im always here and happy to help in any way
ciao for now
lose some weight.I am 6 3 at 220 lbs and AM 59 years old.
I'm 6'4 280 and was an off right tackle and i started lifting before my freshmen year don't worry about losing height it won't happen as long as you have hit puberty your fine. Bust *** on the most important parts of a lineman's body. Neck, chest, and legs big biceps look good but they are not as important as your chest. And you can always work out the other parts of your body too but those three should be top on your list. And also run. Run hills run steps and just run. Get your body in shape so you can outlast the other team on the field. don't eat less with all the extra work you'll be putting in you'll need that. you'll prob actually start eating more. Eat proteins in the off season and as many carbs as you can get a hold of during the season. and don't take any diet or energy pills. Just put the hard work in the weight room. I've knew guys that really screwed themselves up on diet and energy pills. and as far as getting your weight down to 250 that prob won't happen muscle weighs more than fat so you might lose 30lbs of fat but gain 40lbs of muscle. does your team have a lifting coach??
try hoodia pills. they supress your appetite and make you lose weight. the good and most effective ones you have to order online. i heard that desert burn, hoodoba, hoodia 911, etc. are really good.
I really don't think that in 1 year you are going to shrink from weight lifting too much, so don't worry about that.
And don't forget - Muscle weighs MORE THAN fat! so although you need to be strong, you can't get too buff!

The only suggestion i have is go on a 'semi-diet' and do more toning than weight lifting exercises.
ACtually, i'm not sure what you are asking. You question isn't very well written, no offence. :D
