no, but i ate about that much when i was sick and i lost 5 pounds. (i ate like that 4 a bout 3 days)
you should eat breakfast(never skip) lunch, dinner and 3 snacks in between stay away from foods high in fat and sugar. a diabetic diet is a great one to follow like for breakfast 1 slice toast a little butter one half cup of cereal 1 and a half c milk and a fruit snack could be a lite yougurt, a few crackers with a string cheese, lunch 2 to 3 oz of lunch meat 2 slice of bread a fat like lite mayo,a fruit or veg, milk so look up and find a diabetic diet drink lots of water and exercise 3-4 times a week 30 min or more if you can good luck! lanay

personal experience
This is how I lost 8lbs in about a week.
(Well is was actually sick but it worked)
I only ate a little supper, and drank tons of water each day for about a week. Then I was on weighing myself on the scale and went back down to 86lbs WOOT WOOT! Yeah but it doesnt really work because then I started eating again and gained like 10lbs back. So nvm
It sounds to me that your calorie intake is a bit low. What you ate is healthy and that's great, but perhaps a few more calories are called for. You didn't say how large your portions were however. There is a wonderful place to put you on the right path to eating well and lose weight with tons of support. It's called Spark People and it is completely free-no strings. Check it out. I started in April and I absolutely love it. Good luck
if that's all you are eating you should NOT be burning 900 calories a day on the elliptical. That's not healthy.

A balanced diet is the best route (mostly lean fat proteins like chicken and veggies have worked best in my experience), but don't cut out all carbs completely. Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day, at least. Don't drink soda (even diet isn't good for you), stay away from liquor & beer (though if you must drink, a raspberry vodka & soda water tastes great and is light on the calories), and don't eat too many fruits (it turns into sugar aka carbs if you over do it).

Most women trying to lose weight should consume between 1200-1500 calories a day. If you are exercising as much as you say, I would do at least 1200 calories a day.

Also, I've had the best success eating smaller meals every 3-4 hours.
