Mini trampolines are great excercise, but a big one should be of some physical benefit as well. Yes, from mildly aerobic to intense, depending on how you use it. From your statement, you do more than just bounce up and down. I can be a great exercise at it also benefits your sense of balance.

Yes, absolutely. Anything that gets you moving and gets your heart rate up is good exercise. It will help you lose some weight but probably won't be much good for toning your muscles. Except in your legs of course. Congrats on your new place. if you can, get a weight vest and wear it while you jump, that should be a strong exercise. i did it, and still do, only i don't have a trampoline. and just jumping is good, it gets the cardiovascular system working and it burns calories.
