Sit-ups on an incline bench. Kind of old-school, but it's the main exercise I do for abs and I have a six-pack. (well, more like 4, lol.)
I go to the gym about everday and once I'm done working out on my other body I move to my abs. I do about 200 straight crunches in a row, then I do side to side crunches to work your obliques. Try going to the website www.about.com and look under fitness then ab exercises.
