That is still thick. Butterball!
Diets are okay and everything, but they can decrease your metabolism, causing your body to conserve fat. What your friend really need is some long, slow aerobic exercise. Go for at least 12-15 minutes or more per day of walking, jogging, running, cycling, or some other kind of exercise such as these, and don't stop doing this once you get rid of the weight you want to get rid of. Another thing to keep in mind is that weight really isn’t the problem; fat is the problem. Weight and fat are NOT the same thing. Muscle actually weighs almost 7 times as much as fat. So don’t pay too much attention to weight; instead pay attention to how thin you look and how good you feel.
It can be , just depends on how she carries it. But if she feels like shed be happier at 160 then back her up. Tell her shes beautiful as she is but if shes gotta lose the 15 lbs then your behind her as long as its the heathly way !
yes that is still thick, but if she is feeling down then make sure u tell her she is beautiful everyday. just let her know that u like the way she looks or if she wants to excercise offer to do it with her.
Medium bone structure for 5'5" (without taking age in to account) should weight around 130. A large bone woman could weight on the average 145.
Well at present, she is technically overweight and if her body fat is higher than 30% and her waist measurement is higher than 32 inches, she may be setting herself up for health problems. Let her lose the weight, it will be better for her health and confidence and that will be good for both of you. Yes, she will still most definitely be thick at 160lb. HTH : )
