Will walking up and down my stairs help me lose weight or gain muscle??

it will help in both areas.weight is better lost when you are doing cardiovascular exercises (ones that get your heart rate up to where you are burning calories). It would also help you to gain muscle as you are using your leg muscles to lift your body weight up the stairs.in a repetitious manner.
