pilates yoga or wt training?


Question:
is it really true that weight training makes you gain weight and/or size?

so if you want a lean body
(lose body fat), you should do cardio and do pilates or yoga?

i had heard that wt training will increase your metabolism, thus, makes you lose more weight. does pilates or yoga build muscle too?

See below site for faster metabolism from weight training. I have done all 3. Yoga does many, many things so it is best for general heath and living long time. I have been doing it since age 12-- good for mind, body and soul. Bikrams hot yoga best for body.

Pilates works the core muscles around midsection. Can help you look taller and very good for posture.

do a little bit of everything. weight training is so good for u cuz u push ur muscles arms on one day then rest. legs on one day then rest. cuz during that resting period, ur muscles grow
