There really is no substitute or supplement to proper complete diet and a trying workout.
For Men, the best way to burn caloroes is to increase muscle mass first. That way you will be burning calories faster even when you sleep.
The process takes some time.
You will need to really build the muscle first and then as a few months go by you'll be below 15% fat.
Don't try a quick fix, because this can also mean a quick "unfix".
For muscle building workouts do not do more than 12 reps at any weight.
If you can get to 12 reps too easy (not straining), then you are not using enough weight. Go up in 5lb increments.
