Thread Mill?

Question:
Do u lose weight from ur abs by using a thread mill, cause my mom just bought one?

Answers:
It's TREADmill, and if you do it fast enough, it's good cardo, but you have to do it alot longer and harder than say an eliptical machine (which by the way, will give you the tightest buns you can imagine!!). The trick is to do a variety of exercises, because your body will get used to the same ol' same ol', and eventually it won't do any good. As for abs--sit-ups, sit-ups, sit-ups!! Good luck!! ;)

Other Answers:
do you mean a tread mill or a spinning wheel (that makes thread?)
Well youll have to do some ab exercises as well try some exercises on this site
yes
yes, if you walk fast or run you will lose fat and the muscles underneath will emerge
yes it does help but if you really want to tone your abs you have to do sit ups or other exercises for your abs not just the treadmill
you mean a TREAD mill?

a thread mill makes...thread
You can but it takes a healthy diet too. Be patient fat leaves the body as it likes and the abs are generally the last place for it to go!
Sure. Cardio is the best way to lose fat from the stomach.
"THREAD mill" and "TREAD mill" are two diferent things?
man i hate grammar
if u walk fast enough
by using thread mill one looses weight usually from the whole body, even abs.
Well, the only way you would lose weight in your abs with a thread mill, is if you sewed yourself a girdle to hide the weight.
Now, if you want to lose it, i suggest that you try running on a treadmill, that will not only help you lose the weight, but keep you in shape.
you can lose ab weight using a tread mill but mostly just if you run without holding onto the handles.....this causes you to clench your ab muscles in order to keep yourself balanced
Definitely. My abs became super flat after running an hours 3 days a week for a month.
