Try Wu-Long tea. It is said to be the best weight loss tea. Even better than green tea. You should lose 20 Ibs in a month by drinking 2 cups a day! Good luck!
Somtimes eating only a little is not enough. You also have to watch what you eat. Follow the food pyramid and eat things with a small amount of calories and grams of fat.
Stop eating 3 or 4 times a day just eat once a day, and when you do eat, just eat enough food to satisfy you.
wait til later on when the sun goes down. i try to run for about 30 mins 5 nights a week. also, you can do lots of lunges to work your hips and thighs. the bottom line though is simple: burn more calories than you eat, exercise regularly and weight train. you can't pick where the fat comes off first, so just keep working!
i think walking is simply best method, i have sold my car around 2 months ago and decided to walk to work, for me actually was a negative decision as im actually fairly slim and always trying to gain weight and not lose but since walking everyday have definately lost weight without any change to my diet which is pretty good.
even if you simply walked an extra 20-30 mins a day would make significant change,if 20 mins too much even 10 minutes would have you noticing a difference within 2 months.
may be, r u more of muscle or fat?. muscle ie weight more than fat. try yoga or pilates.
You are exercising some, but try to get moving 4-5 days a week, 30+ minutes a day, hard enough so that it's hard to talk. I find it nice to exercise outside at night, which some people don't recommend, but I'm a night owl...

You should keep a food diary. When you start, don't worry about counting fat or calories, just notice what you are eating. Just seeing it written down can be a surprise - you don't always notice how much you really eat, but you sure notice every pound when you look in the mirror. Watching what you eat helps you stay focused and eat healthier.

After a while, you can add up the fat and the calories you are eating if you really want to find the best ways to improve your diet.

You might consider some weight training - additional muscle burns calories 24-7, meaning that occasional pig-out on ice cream or drinks won't show up on your hips the next day.
