When do you prefer to workout? morning afternoon or night.. Why?

Question:
I like to workout at night because its cooler (I run outside) Plus when I get back I'm tired and that puts me to sleep, but when I wake up I'm really sore and its a bad start to the day.

Answers:
Morning, it gets your metabolism going for the day so that when you eat that quick fatty lunch or snack it wont hurt you as much. It will make you more alert for the day and if you get into a routine of it you will notice that you can even stay up a little later and not feel terrible about it in the morning. Bottom line, good for you for even working out, more people need to consider this as a lifestyle.

I like to work out in the morning..its a good way to start off the day MORNING. I'M TOO LAZY IN THE PM.

night. i am usually more active during that time and its cooler and its quiet.

I agree with Elle because it gets the day going and you already feel energized

NOT at all , i am a black belt. couch potato I prefer to workout at morning, because it helps me wake up. My second choice would probably be afternoon, because by then I would have had most of my essential food and vitamins required. My very last choice would be at the end of the day, because I would be worn out and weaker, so I wouldn't preform as well and not get as much of a workout.

I like the morning (I go 2 the gym) because it wakes me up that and a shower does. I work out on wednesday nights 2 but I don't like that much because like U said it puts me 2 sleep and I have 2 study after that so I don't like working out at night.otherwise I won't get any studing done except when I don't have 2 study it's fine.

I work out when I feel like it!! It comes a time where my body just says come on work out time!

Before breakfast every morning. mosly sit-ups (200)
