Answers:
Unless I know your workout routine, and what you're trying to achieve, I cannot say.
But what probably is your problem, is that you are not exercising hard enough.

If you email me your work out routine, I''ll see what advice I can give.

Well, it is always hard to give advices on that distance, but try not to eat after 06.00 pm and try to do some workout in the morning and some in the late afternoon/ early evening. As u mostly " burn " calories after your workout! Try to have a good, rich breakfast, something like a salat with chicken for lunch and some fish or light products( tomatos etc) for dinner!! Try to avoid eating candy/junk food too often!! Cut out the alcohol if you drink, also well doen for ur progress so far, even if your not noticing the changes, you are keeping youself fit, determined to do it, and it is better to maintain a healthy weight rather then to pile on the pounds so seriously, well done!!

You could try eating fruit etc, but ny reducing your calorie intake it means that your metabolism slows down and doesn't burn off so much either, keep the exercise under control otherwise you may become obssessed about it, and I am sure you look great the way you are, learn to love what you have and good luck!!

Hope this helps!!

I think your not doing it the right way
