First of all, you might want to go on a diet in which you can only eat 1300 calories a day ( check the food labels). Secondly, you might want to start doing 25-30 push ups each night before you go to bed.
Bit more exercise, bit less food.
My tip would be give up one thing that is high in calories, such as Coke.
Exercise and eating better.
You have a belly? Chances are your genetic profile is to blame. There is no exercise that targets bellyfat. Liposuction temporarily helps. But if you are genetically pre-disposed to store fat in your belly than any excess food energy will naturally be stored there. Currently research has found the gene responsible for this.

I have always struggled with the fact that my body picks a weight and then stays there happily no matter what I do. That is until I switched to a low "acid" diet. By bringing my blood ph into an alkaline state I was able to shed all my contentment weight right in the area's that I wanted to without losing key areas that I enjoyed. I am not going to go in depth into this, it is something you need to research for yourself, but cutting back on processed foods, meat and dairy, and making a few each substitutions (duck eggs for chicken eggs, sea salt for regular salt, canola or olive oil for corn oil) you can shed pounds easily. I did not jump on this one with an open mind, nor was I at ALL enthusiastic about it, but I was pulled, kicking and screaming, by my husband and family to try it, so if it worked for me, imagine if you really believed it before you tried it. I did combined this with portion control and a small increase in my non existent exercise routine, but I also was very broke shortly after this and have had to switch to eating very very badly, and the weight has not come back very quickly, in fact I have been eating BADLY for longer then I was eating good and have only gained back 4 of the 25 lbs I lost.
Try to see ur dick daily if u cld!!
go for long walks early in the morning, join some yoga sessions, do "pranayam" one of the techniques in yoga. keep ur diets completely on fruits and green vegitables , at a time dont eat to ur stomach fullest capacity. it will definately work
Over the past three years I have lost just about 60 pounds. I had to overhaul my priorities completely to achieve it. I cut out sweets, sodas and a lot of coffee. I started drinking 8 -10 8-oz. glasses of water EVERY DAY. I was pretty much a couch potato so I started first with brisk walking, then bike-riding around the neighborhood. Now I belong to a health club and try to work out twice a week for 30 -60 minutes each time..treadmill.toning and trimming exercises ( leg-lifts, squats, modified push-ups and pull-ups)..it hurts sometimes, but at age 54, what can I expect..anyway I have people tell me everyday I look like I'm 43. I've gone from a 42" waist to a 36". My overall attitude has improved and I'm committed to just getting and feeling better and better all the time. Find out what works best for you and keep it up. Good luck.
