natural method to loose weight....??!!?

i tried apple cider vinegar with water n honey...but i threw up coz i cant stand da smell...is dere any oder natural method? thanx!

Not surprising - apple cider vinegar does not do ANYTHING. Just another of those many "magic" ways to lose weight that are complete bullsh!t.

Eat Less -- Exercise More. The ONLY thing that works.

i heard about that apple cidar vinegar too! never tried
it though. thats dissapointing that its so bad!

im not sure, besides trying hoodia.

Eat fewer calories than you did yesterday.
eat more protein and less carbs, walk a couple of miles everyday, and don't eat after 5PM

Many people go on a diet and gain it back again. Don't diet just learn to eat right.
Become a Vegetarian. No animal products ever. They are full of harmone, chemicals and etc. That doesn't mean eat donuts.
No white anything it is bleach out food out crap.
Brown rice, whole grains, big salads and I use dressing.
Oats and soy milk for breakfast. lots of fresh fruit and veggies.
Leave off a lot of grains. Stick with soup and llegumes.

eat everything in small amount and exercise at lease an hour (cont. not 10 here 20 there) a day.
watch carb intake. it is hard to do but you will lose tons of weight i am a diabetic and found out the hard way that carbs are a persons worst enemy . not sugar but carbs anything white is the worst. like white bread pasta.it will take awhile but u will see and fill the difference.
