Am I eating enough?
I've lost a lot of weight within the last year. I'm 5'6". I used to weigh about 165 and now I'm about 122. A lot of people have been concerned about my weight dropping so fast. I skipped meals for awhile to get it down, but now I eat normally. But sometimes I snack and worry that I'll gain weight back so I exercise every day. Am I getting enough to eat? Generally for breakfast I'll have either cereal or a bagel, for lunch half a sandwich, fruit, and a granola bar maybe some fruit snacks every now and then, and for dinner usually something like rice or I'll go out occaisonally. Am I just paranoid?

I try to keep it simple when it comes to eating. Knowing WHEN, HOW MUCH, and WHAT to eat is what you have to define.
Firstly, feed your body whenever it is hungry. Secondly, feed your body healthy proteins, carbs, and veggetables in portion sizes that amount to about the same size as your clenched fist. You should NEVER be totally full or still hugery after eating a meal. I usually eat 3 whole food meals every day and 2-3 whey protein shakes (w/ 1 cup of 1% milk) to keep my bodily state at a healthy balance. I'm never hungery of overly "stuffed" with foods.
Having knowledge of foods, your body, and portion sizes will give you the confidence to overcome being paranoid. I pray for your victory!

You concern is valid. If you would like to keep your weight constant try about 2000 calories per day. If you gain weight, cut back on your calories in increments of 250/day. If you lose weight add 250 until you are pretty constant.
This should work for you.
