Im 16 and I recently lost alot of weight i went from a size 16 to a 8 but now i have some left over skin?

well I am 35 and went from a 24 to a 10. You will need to lift weights to tone the muscle and then find a good plastic surgeon.
when a person rapidly loses weight you will have extra skin because your skin loses some "elasticity" meaning it takes a while to go back to normal, just keep exercising and eating right and that should help, although some people do need to have surgery to take care of that
have u tried pilates & yoga i think that it culd help otherwise get sum professional advice

Eating protein will help regain the tissue.
i also face the same problem like you eat more than you will be fat
