Does more cardio mean better results for fat loss?

Lets say I do intense cardio in the morning. Will doing light cardio throughout the day increase my results for fat loss, rather than doing just intense cardio?
Answers:
Anything that increases energy output will help. So, light cardio will certainly help. Remember that it takes burning 3500 calories to drop a pound. So, cardio, weight training, caloric restriction, etc. can all help.
