A serving of spaghetti is said "2 ounces cooked". OK. But how do you determine what 2oz is? 1/2 cup? 1/4 cup?

Question:
Alot of nutritional info is pretty specific "1/2 cup ___" "2 cups" for what the serving size of something is. However, Pasta is the only one I ever have trouble with! Unless it's like ravioli because it'll tell you how many.
