How do you reduce/lose muscle tone on the legs?
Question:
Answers:
The first plan of attack would be to eat more.It doesn't sound like you want to lose muscle but instead just soften the definition in your legs.
Try eating more carbohydrates during the day while continuing a healthy diet of fruit, vegetables and plenty of protein if you're not trying to lose the muscle that exists.Eat things like white or brown rice, potatoes, whole grain breads and even pasta in addition to an existing healthy diet. This plan will help to add a little subcutaneous body fat and thus reduce your definition. The only way to reduce the tone is to actually not use the muscles enough.
Carbs aren't bad for you like so many people think but should be used in moderation by people who wish to lose weight.
There is nothing unhealthy about this plan as long as you don't strive to deposit way too much fat.I need to add that you are one of the few people that actually spells lose correctly.I hope this info is useful to you as you didn't include a whole lot of detail in your question.Joe
Other Answers:
why would you want to? hmm If you are looking to reduce a bulky muscle look, first focus on streching exercises and reduce weighted excercise. Other ideas that come to my mind would not be healthy. You might want to consult a doctor for those, so I'm not saying.
