Question:

Answers:
Creatine has been proven to be the most effective legal body building supplement available without prescription, and can help you gain muscle more quickly when used in conjunction with weight lifting. Your body produces creatine naturally and it can also be found in red meat. I have not heard anything bad about it. It is fairly inexpensive and can be purchased anywhere supplements are available. Directions for its use on on the container it comes in. It is hard for your body to absorb, so look for "micronized" creatine which is pulverized into a fine powder. If you mix the powder with grape juice, the glucose in the juice will work as a delivery system and help your body to utilize more of it. While taking it, you should find that you have stronger workouts which could help you develop muscle more quickly. Be sure to drink lots of water.

The best thing about creatine is it makes lots & lots & lots of money for the people who make it and the people who sell it to you, and it does fairly minimal damage to your body.
I'm a power lifter and I've used creatine since it hit the market.I prefer to use 10 grams after my workout in combination with a simple sugar.Don't use fructose or fruit juice because fructose and creatine in combination in your tract can actually be converted to creatinine.I know it looks the same but creatinine is a waste product of muscle exertion and you sure don't want to add more to your system.Using it in combination with sugar within a half hour after intense exercise improves absorption and glycogen storage.Grape juice does in fact contain fructose. The ill efects of using it with fruit sugar have been documented but I don't know where you can find such info on the web. This stuff works!
I love creatine, although I do get a little puffy on it. Anavar works great for me too.
