Well the best proven was to lose weight in a healthly way is to combine a healthly diet & to exerecise. You can start off my walking, cardio exerecises are best. Try to limit the amount of junk food (chips, candy, fries) that you eat. Increase the amount of fruits & veggies, drink more water, etc.
Stop all sodas, teas, fruit drinks..etc.
Drink water only, at least 8 glasses a day and more if you can.
Cut calories to 1500 a day (recommended for your age)
Don't do excessive exercises.just do a little more than usual.walk farther, check mailbox everyday, take a walk, swim more..

Diet pills are a horrible idea! I say start with some cardio at least 4 times a week. Add a couple days of weight training. Try eating a diet that has at least 20grams of fiber, drink water, eat multi-grains, and lower your daily calorie intake. The only way to lose and keep your loss is to change your lifestyle. Diet pills are dangerous to your health and they are not good for you. Good Luck! Starting a healthy lifestyle is hard but you seem to have the mind set to do it.
