I gained my weight because I was hypoglycemic (low blood sugar). Exercise would keep my weight stable, but I could not lose. Now I am on an anti-yeast, anti-sugar, and incidentally because of my husband's food allergies, anti gluten, and I am losing the weight slowly without much exercise at all.
Obesity is not due solely to what people eat. If fat people's bodies processed food the way skinny people's bodies do, they would have never gotten fat in the first place. I am not talking about "metabolism". I am talking about hyperinsulinemia - the precursor condition for diabetes type 2, hypoglycemia, in many cases obesity and other "conditions".

Fat cells are there for life, unless you have them surgically removed. You can starve them until they seem almost non-existent, but they've just shriveled down temporarily until you go back to your old eating habits. They're there in the wings waiting.
Well nothing, unless you are obese and then it is unhealthy for your heart. I am happy with my weight but I won't go over 135lbs at 5'6 not a chance in hell! If you're happy being chubby, quit whining and be chubby.
If you have too much fat on and in your body, You become at risk
of diabetes type2, heart disease , and some times even gangrene of the extremities, and death.
So try to keep yourself fit, and eat right, try to minimise your fat intake and regularly exercise and you stand a much better chance of living a healthy long life.
So !! The deal with Fat, is very important, wouldn't you say??
