what are some easy exercises i can do by myself that don't invovle equipment?


Question:
i already can do over 150 sit ups, and i also do an exercise where you lay on your belly with your chin under your hands, which are clasped under your head. you then lift yourself up. how much further can i take it without hurting myself, or stretching beyond my level? and to lose my belly fat?

use tins from cupboard as weights
