i need help in getting a flat tummy?
Question:

Answers:
There might be a couple of reasons for this. The first thing I would look at is your work out technique. Do you pull in your tummy muscles when you work your abdominals? Do you work all your abdominal muscles? Do you work your abs every time you go to the gym? Ask an instructor at your gym to check your technique and work out frequency and if it is okay, you need to turn your attention to your diet.
Do you consume wheat, dairy products, pulses or other high fibre food and/or carbonated drinks? If you do, any one of these could be triggering bloating in you. It will be a process of elimination to discover which foodstuff is the culprit but I recommend discarding one foodstuff at a time for a couple of weeks to see if your stomach starts to go down.

Someone give a good answer, I'm trying to loose my gutt also!!!
same here, agghhhhhh !!!!! let me know if u find out.
Well...if you've had any children at all, especially if by Cesarean, a flat tummy is a lot harder to achieve then if you just had a little pouch. If you absolutely just CANNOT lose your tummy no matter how much you exercise the area, maybe it would be a good idea to look into getting a tummy tuck.
OMG 10 minute pick-your-spot pilates..... I did the tape once a day for 2 weeks and have a really flat stomach!
(sry that sounds conceded)
But seriously it works so well!
The "Crunch" tape!
You know, I do Pilates and I find it very helpful. I'm a Denise Austin fan (besides her voice). She has a new DVD out called Hit the Spot Pilates. Actually, she has many of similar title but the one where she is wearing red Pilates clothes on the cover is the one I'm talking about.
This is a total 70 minutes workout if done from beginning to end. It consists of 7 segments. The first three are ten minutes each and all focus on the abs and waistline. Each one is harder than the first. The next three segments are also ten minutes each and focus on the the lower body (hips, thighs, and buns; one segment for each body part). The last segment is 15 minutes and it's a total body workout with a Pilates twist.
The great thing about this is that you can customize and make your own program. You can either do them all together or just pick and choose depending on time availability or preference.
I've been doing it for two weeks and am already feeling the difference.
Good luck! You can do it!
sittups lots and lots of them sensible diet and lots of water!

you need to change your diet! your calorie intake must be higher than the the calories your burning off when exercising . .so the layer of fat will be hiding your stomach muscles!! lower your calorie intake and increase your exercise and your situps. . this will reduce your body fat content and your abs should shine through. .
your stomach can bulge with exercise. the only thing i found that will flatten it is pilates.
