you're still growing so i don't think you should put too much stack on how much calories you have to eat. you could eat anything at your age. just don't indulge so much on soda and junk food like doritos or what have you. try eating healthy stuff by including fruits, vegetables and lean meat in every meal. and yeah, don't take in too much sugar.
