After working out in the gym, does getting a massage help promote the growth and regeneration of your muscles?

i m13 yr girl and too thin..my weight is less than 30 kg pls help?

Answers:
I'm of the opinion that it does. A deep tissue massage works out the toxins in the muscles and promotes regeneration. It's vital that one drinks plenty of water pre and post workout, to carry these toxins out of your body.

Is it really better (weight loss-wise) to work out in the "fat burning zone" vs. being 10 to 15 points higher?

No, but it does help to keep the soreness and stiffness down. And it's good for circulation.
