2)2 hours later drink 2 glass of water
3) For lunch eat the food that they have less oil.
4)Eat light dinner as friet or salad or boiling meat.

I personally like the "Water Diet". You can eat anything you want as long as your under water.
Don't believe the "Seafood Diet", when you see food, you eat it.
I am on a meal replacement program which is fun and easy,and not a diet. I lost weight,changed pants sizes,increased energy and I feel great!
Only macrobiotioc foods every other day and lots of water and at least an hour of cardio per week.
Brief walk or run of 30 minutes a day..Eat things like baked food, nuts, cheese, beef jerkey this should help you get on the way to success..Good Luck!
