Answers:
God dammit me too. I'm a 14 year old vegetarian. The truth is that our society over eats, so when someone eats the right amount they tend to believe that you have a problem and not them. I am perfectly healthy, I am 5' 4'' and weigh 105 lbs. I eat right and exercise, however people say I have an eating disorder because I am not overweight. The human Body was designed to hunt and gather our own food. Now that time has taken that away our bodies aren't doing what they were designed for, therefor people are gaining weight at an extremal rapid rate. You are perfectly healthy, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Try using a few of these points to argue with others. Turns out when you have a strong head and use facts that they can't deny, they'll realize that you are right and stop bothering you about it.
Hope this helps,
Amanda

That's about the time my eating disorder started. You have to be careful to provide your body with the proper nutrition it needs to work, or else you can wind up in the hospital and fainting. Try seeing a school councelor about it, and they may be able to discuss options about better ways to deal with stress.

Just be sure you're eating when you're hungry and not telling yourself you can't eat, or depriving yourself when you need food. It's ok to not have the typical American appetite. What do you think? Do you feel you have a disorder, or are you satisfied with your diet? Seems pretty normal to me, but you're the only one who REALLY knows.

you may just have poor eating habits. try several small healthy snacks a day instead of full meals, maybe you are overwhelming yourself. if you think you have an eating disorder you should get help so you still have time for your body to form into an adult and be healthy. you've got alot of cool stuff ahead of you, take care of yourself!! hope this helps!!

Your body has just fasted for approximately 8 hours when you get up. Whether it wants food or not, it needs it, just like a car's engine needs gas to run. You need a breakfast that includes protein. As you are a vegetarian, as opposed to a vegan (more strict), if you do eggs, you should do two with a bit of fruit or a slice of bread. Be sure to butter the bread.

Every meal should include protein, carbohydrate (low glycemic is better) and good fat (nuts, especially almonds or peanuts) or your body will start using up what stored food you have - like muscles and other tissue.

Ask your parents to ask your doctor to give you a fasting blood insulin test. If you have high insulin, it could partially explain why you don't get hungry.
