is it true that walking in the rain gets you just as wet as running? i read this in men's heatlh.?

Question:
might it have to do with the angle of the rain? if it's straight down, 45 degrees, blown by the wind, etc. this is hard to wrap my mind around even though it comes from a reputeable publisher. it seems like if you run, you're in the rain for less time, which equates to less wet.thoughts?

Answers:
