That they are human beings. They want fast and friendly service. They don't want to hear you talking with a co-worker about what you did last night or over the weekend. They want you to be knowledgeable about your job and able to do it well. They want to be treated with respect. Treat them how you want to be treated when you go out.

1. Movement habits- which means whether they have sedentary habits (sitting work) or they do physical work.
2. Eating habits:
a) Nutrient Content of food: Whether the diet patren they are currently following contains more of carbohydrate or fat.
b) Frequency of eating: How many meals a day do they take?
3. Most Important : Their bodily REQUIREMENT of calories per day, considering their nature of work, age, gender and pertaining physical state.
