Question:

Answers:
Never, ever stop weight training unless you have a serious injury. I would highly recommend you have your body composition analyzed by a personal trainer to further assess appropriate fitness objectives for your individual needs. Here are a few calculators to help you calcualte your body composition, target weight and body fat.

Muscle weighs more than fat.so you're losing fat and gainin muscle..thats all, don't go by just a scale.they have nothing to do with muscle.so ..nop you shouldn't stop..
When you lift weights you gain muscle mass witch weighs more than fat.so if you feel good and look good, then who cares how much you weigh..just ignore the scale and keep up the physical fitness workout!
its musals thats what your body fat turn into when you exersice you have to be health and to many musales is not health plus your musals can strangle your heart try running or going for massages in that case
Ditto the earlier answer. Muscle weighs more than fat. If you look good and feel good go by that, what the scale says is irrelevant.
don't stop lifting. you gained muscle and lost fat, so you may look thinner and more athletic. remember muscle weighs more than fat.
