My chest is saggy, how can I raise it to normal height?

Question:
Ha I know that sounds weird, but I used to be really overweight and slimmed down to a very skinny size, but the thing that sucks is my chest seems to be sagging down like 2 or 3 inches more than it should. Also have some loose skin on my belly and the back of my arms. Is there certain exercises, weight lifting, etc I can do to fix these?(ESPECIALLY MY CHEST)

Answers:
Go to the gym and start working your chest out, fill that extra skin in with muscle. Bench press flat, incline, and decline will work best. Also Dumbel presses work awsome (when you kind of bench press, except with dumbells.)

Other Answers:
I really dont think there is a way to to raise your chest, umm you can dont chest tighten exercises are where support bras.
i agree with monkeyhead. also consider surgery
I Assum your a dude so if i were you i would go get hella protein shake a subscripton to mens health a gym membership and fill in all that extra skin with giant pecs believe me no one will complane
I have found it helps to do pushups, flys with dumbbells, tricep dips, of all things, and also those corny isometric things where you press your hands together, hard, at chest height.all of these tone your chest muscles, and, yes, they do make your breasts look firmer. & I have my work cut out for me at 39 and DD, lol, so you can believe me! :)

PS Ooops.are you an, er, dude, lol? If so, my bad! :D
'Tis might be natural if you are woman. I do not know yet. Possibly cutting your hair will clear the confusion.
I disagree with the other answers and think you should just do pushups everyday. Start off with as many as you can do, then one superset. A week later, not eariler increase a little but that all depends on how sore your body feels. steady increase and just maintain the level. You can do it, but slowly.
Weight lifting may improve your appearance some, but after a big weight loss what you most likely have is stretched out skin that is not going to improve with exercise. If it is really bothering you, talk to a plastic surgeon. They can put it all back where you want it.
