What's the best women's only gym for college-aged girls?

I know we've got Curves - but I've heard they use hydraulic equipment which is supposed to make it easier for the middle-aged women. I've also heard of ShapExpress which uses both hydraulic and cardio equipment. Are there any other women's only gyms out there, preferably in Texas?
