Answers:
I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 11 pounds and 16 inches in 9 days. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc…. These toxins enter our bodies and get coated with fat. To remove the extra fat, we need to get rid of the toxins through cleansing. The program also has a natural diet pill to help your metabolism and curb cravings. It works and it works fast. I lost 30 pounds in 5 weeks and I feel great. My skin has improved as well from the cleansing. You can get more info at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. I think cleansing is really important to health and weight loss. Give it a try and good luck!

sure you can, you are doing a great job, keep it up!
If you're being honest, and the 2 hrs a day are actually a hard 2 hrs a day, then you should have no problem bringing it back off.
Sounds like you are doing the right things. It should work. 50/5 months doesn't sould like too much to accomplish.
it is possible to lose 40 lbs in 5 months safely.. and perhaps even 50 lbs. That would mean averaging 10 lbs a month, or a little over 2 lbs a week. as long as you are not consuming more calories then you are burning you will be well on your way
You can do it! The work-outs are the best thing that you can do but your goal is pretty agressive. Don't worry about the muscle you put on because it will look like you are not loosing as fast. Congrats on your goals. We are behind you!
The only way to lose that much weight in that little amount of time sweetie is to go anorexic, and as we all know, that's not a good idea. Just stick with a sensible diet: stay away from processed foods and carbs (especially white bread and any other white flour product). Eat a lot of lean meats such as chicken, turkey breast and fish, and exercise at least 2-3 times a week. Before you know it, the weight will start coming off.
And don't forget your veggies!!
It is probably possible, but I would shoot for a little less to ensure you keep it off. I did a drastic weight loss like that and gained alot back.. but since then I have been taking it slower and am less than what I was when I did my drastic loss! I would shoot for about 40 pounds in 5 months.. but please do it healthy! Good luck!
If you keep yourself on that diet it is a big possibilty that you will get rid of that 50 in the 5 months. That sounds like a plan. If you don't lose that fifty then it will be close to that. GOOD LUCK!
Sounds good, do lots of Cardio, and some light weight lifting. Stay away from carbs(i.e. bread, pasta....etc) and the weight will fall off. Good luck.
You can lose about 50 pounds in 5 months but it takes a lot of work. You need to reduce your calorie intake and increase your exercise. Below is a website that will tell you how many calories you should be consuming and how much exercise you need. Losing about 2 to 3 pounds a week is healthy. But you might hit a slump and not loose some weight for a while. Good luck and be safe.
When I first wanted to started losing weight I was told that I should lose about a 1/2 to a 1 pound per week and not to try to do anymore than that becasue your body ahs to get used to the weight coming off intead of losing that much within 5 months. What you re doing as far eating little portions and drinking water is very good.
you rock girlfriend!!!!!! i wish i had your stamina. sounds like your doing everything right.don't rush it though. you don't want to hit a plateau too quickly. good things come to those who wait.good luck.
You're doing a great job! Keep eating healty! Have you tried the no carb thing? You lose weight pretty quickly, and it's good for you...
I think it's pretty possible to lose 50 lbs in 5 months if you're really serious and healty about it, and it sounds like you're on the right track.
The faster you lose weight, the faster you gain it back, and even more. Try to lose it slowly, you'll have a better chance on not banning your self from the food you love, just eat half of the amount of your daily food, and walk for an hour, like they say "Walking is a healthy form of exercise".
well i think u can lose 50 pounds if u eat right eat what you usually eat for breakfast cut down on the lunch (like eat a sandwish and some fruit or something like that) and for dinner eat some corn flakes and that will work:P
It sounds doable if you keep at it every day. The holidays will be the tough part.
Eat less amount, low calorie, keep moving,Have hobbies especially those require activities.Eat less carbohydrate I f do not feel well see doctor to rule out thyroid, heart or fluid retention.Bottom line eat less calories and burn more .GOOD LUCK
It sounds as though you are on the right track. You should make sure that what you're eating is balanced, including the right amount of proteins and carbs. And a really good tip, get rid of all soda, including diet soda. Stick to water or unsweetened fruit juice, skim milk. Remember you don't want to lose too much per week, no more than 3 to 5 pounds, at most, probably less as you get toward your goal. Be sure to get in a good amount of cardio at least four or five days per week, 30-45 minutes per day. Don't forget to do resistance training as well. If you find think you would find it helpful, join a program like Weight Watchers -- they have had a lot of success and will help you get your nutrition straight. All the best to you! Don't worry--you are very young and you will reach your goal! Be patient with yourself and celebrate short term goals as you go. You can have a candy bar once in a while, it's not going to ruin your diet if you have them just occationally.
It sounds like you have the write idea. On your meals try to do healthy proteins like fish and chicken. Try to do a mixture of fruits and vegetables and protein snacks like almonds for your snacks. If you eat enough protein with some healthy carbs you will cut your calories and control your hunger. If you are getting hungry eat a protein snack and drink plenty of water.
