I'm on a diet & am tired of eating the same food.need suggestions to spice it up a little.?

Question:
I recently started a diet with my trainer that mostly consists of salad, chicken breast, turkey, tuna, fruits & veggies. I know this will get boring, so does anyone have any altermate ways to prepare a good meal using the foods above? I cannot have breads/sweets/carbonated drinks/etc.

Answers:
Spices are going to be the key to your diet. Check out:

Both will have a lot of healthy recipes that you can tweak to your own personal dietary needs. Plus, you can search for "chicken" and stuff to help you with what you need that day.

Other Answers:
I'm actually against any diets and think that all they do is make people bored or tempted enough to eat "bad" foods. But, if you insist, I suggest taking an Indian turn, They eat tons of chicken and salads, but have such amazing ways of spicing foods that you don't even realize it is healthy for you. Also look into some Korean food. And you can always blenderize your fruits. If you miss the non-carbonated drinks, mineral water isn't fattening and if you add it to apple juice it tastes like Apfel Schorle.

Maybe you can keep on the same foods, but just preparing them a different way. Chiken is in my daily routine, whether im on diet or not. But i ten to stay away from sweet or spicy sauces, instead I use an All Natural, Salt-Free condiment called Mrs. Dash Grilling Blends. They have from Mesquite, to BBQ, to Chiplote, and Garlic and Herbs flavor. The best thing is that its got 0mg in sodium and 0 calories, 0g of carbs. Mrs. Dash has a lot of different flavors. Check them out, they are usually by the spices or the diet foods.
