How to lose my fat!?


Question:
Like a lot of other people I have that extra fat on my arms and was wondering how to tighten it up without looking muscular. I would like to thin out the area by my shoulders. Also I am interested in any workouts to slim your thighs. One more question while I'm here, would 200 crunches a day give me any stomach slimming results within a month?

Answers:
Well if you really wanna lose fat go walking or jogging for at least 15 minutes it will slim your stomach down.

If you wanna lose arm fat, whenever your walking carry those 2 pounds weights on your arm to really lose that arm fat. if not then try push ups or girl pushups if necessary and do about 50 every other day.

Jump roping is great for every muscle in your body and makes you lose alot of weight. Also make sure you try to sweat alot and drink alot of fluid as well so you dont dehydrate.

and trust me I should know this cause im in wrestling and if we are over our wieght limit we try to slim down.

do a lot of reps with low weight. the more weight you use the more muscle you gain. if you do a lot of reps with maybe 5 lbs then u will tighten up ur arms. for ur theighs and legs, just run a lot!
