Answers:
First it depends if your crohn's is active or not. My crohn's specialist told me to eat 6 small meals a day that helps if you are hungry all the time. If you are like me you can not anything raw like carrots, celery, etc. Maybe you need to seek a nutrionalist that can help you, make a list of stuff that is a big no-no for you & start from there.

Other Answers:
go on hunger strike

drink a lot of water to a) cleanse ur system and b) curb hunger - at least 2 litres a day, it makes u pee a lot, but it does wonders - also try counting your calories to 1200-1400 a day, eat low fat foods and go for walks, you dont need to go nuts, take it slow and a day at a time by eatting this:

Your specialist should have advised you or sent you to a dietitian! "The South Beach Diet" by Dr Agaston, can lose 10lb in 2 weeks, bit like Atkins but healthy, cutting down on refined foods. For crohn's you should try and cook form scratch that way there is no hidden extras that will cause a reaction to your condition. GOOD LUCK :)
