How much should i loose? what would u suggest 20 or 30 pounds?
breakfast: high fiber cereal with a slice of whole wheat bread
lunch: salad with water or 1 percent partly skimmed milk
dinner : 2 pecies of chicken and some white or brown rice
for my snaks i will only eat vegies
i am 170 5'9i have hard muscular arms hard legs but i have lil gut
should i loose 15 pounds to see some deep toned cuts or should i loose 20, everybody says to me i should get bigger and then cut down but they dont know how hard it is for me to loose weight trust me its not easy to loose weight
