do i have a problem? or is this normal?

Question:
i am at the moment still on a diet, i am 5'5 tall and weigh 9stone 10 pounds, so i have lost a fair bit of weight, however, although i know i am logically not FAT, i still FEEL fat. i obsess about food or trying not to eat it all day. why cant i just accept that i am fine? i have four wonderful kids, i am told that i have an enviable figure and am pretty, but why cant that be good enough? last time i got like this about my weight i went to a uk size 8 clothes and was skinny as a rake, but i still wasnt happy. why cant i be proud of my body like some people are?
i am not all doom and gloom though, most people wouldnt know i felt this way, how do i reach the point where i can stop making an issue of my size?
I know that this is pointless but i cant stop it, does anyone else feel like this?

Answers:
Ask the Lord to forgive you for doubting your value as a human being. Ask Him to take away your insecurities and fears and doubts. Surrender and trust in Him to heal you.

For a while I did, but then I changed my priorities.
I wanted better strength and stamina, two things that do not come from being underweight.
It became less important to be as thin as a rail, and more important to have better athletic ability.

It sounds to me like you have a poor body image or a slight case of Anorexia/Bolemia.
You should start by talking to your DOCTOR. That's what they are there for.Tell him that some day's you feel fine while others you feel "Larger then life" BE HONEST with him about everything. HE can't help you if YOU lie or fib a little.
Ask him if he can forward your information onto a specialist let that person take a look at your file and what not and then hopefully they can have you in to Diagnose the problem.
Talk to your Doctor right away befor this escalate's into something even worse or more severe.
Having an unhealthy outlook towards food is never good. Although carb counting is fine you dont' want to sit there telling yourself NOT TO EAT because you feel fat because that is so UNHEALTHY.
