How can a guy gain weight?

Question:
I can't gain weight. I'm almost 19 years old...6'2" and about 125 lb. There is no shortage of food in my apartment. I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. I am not a vegetarian or a vegan. I think I eat about as much as normal people but I can't seem to gain weight. I don't eat junk food...but I eat a lot of other food. So far today I had cereal and pizza. Thanks for any help.

Answers:
You need to start weight training. Go to a gym and start squatting, deadlifting and bench pressing. Lift three days a week, and keep eating all the food you can stomach. I also recommend buying Muscle Milk and drinking three shakes a day.

That's easy....jack in the box ultimate bacon cheese, and taco bell!
Have you asked your doctor? Chances are you're naturally a bit underweight. That's perfectly normal if you are an active person who burns a lot of food everyday which keeps you skinny. Hopefully you're not skinny, frail and pale but at least a bit muscly and active.
turn 40 !!!!!! only joking....have ur thyroid checked, maybe ur metabolism is running too high.are both ur parents thin-if so,u'll probably be on the thin sideas well.or did they start out thin, then gain?if so,u will probablygain eventually.add some healthy snacks, and maybe work out,to build muscle?just an idea....try that ensure shake stuff,it has vitamins and stuff, and LOTS of calories.
Drink lots of heavy whipping creaming with honey, at least a glass a day... you will put it on in no time...
EAT BREAD, PASTA, RICE, POTATOES. Anything with COMPLEX CARBS! I was 6'0", 125 lbs and gained 50 lbs in one summer about 10 years ago. (I went from a 28" waist to 32")

East lots of Ice Cream too, although that is not too healthy.

This will work! Try it, and email me at let me know how it worked for you.
