Question:
Answers:
Everyone above is correct..there is no direct equation.
However, the best I can tell you is it's APPROXIMATELY 5 pounds per inch.
So, if you were a waist size of 46 and wanted to get to size 40.you'll have to lose around 30 pounds.
Other Answers:
Pant size is determined by inches not pounds
It depends because if you lose water weight, it might seem like your losing a lot but not getting any smaller. Depends on how toned you are.
For me, 8 pounds is a size difference. For my best friend, who weighs considerably more, 20 pounds is a size difference.
Dependeds on where you carry your weight.
I wear a size 10..BUT co worker same weight wears size 14 !!
