Exercises & Stretching?
How Do I improve my flexibility and stamina? What I mean is I play soccer once a week but my stamina is bad.
Also, I'm not as flexible as I used to be. How can i improve my stretching.

Answers:
Running 3 times a week 30-60 minutes at a time will help improve your stamina and also do hold stretching meaning you stretch then hold for like 10 sec it hurt like heck at first but once you get use to it it doubles your stretch work out. good luck
