Is it bad to work out late in the night?

NO I DO IT A LOT..ACTUALLY I WAS GONNA B4 I WENT TO BED.ANY WORKOUT IS A GOOD THING.AS LONG AS UR DOIN IT.THERES NOTHIN WRONG WITH IT;)
If you work out late at night you get a late onset of dopamine rush which will make it difficult for you to sleep. That would be the only side-effect of late-night exercise other than possible lack of cool-down that might make you a little more sore in the morning.
i think its fine as long as it isnt more then 20 mins. iof it is your muscle might start to slowly get weak or rip..
