i work in the sun a lot . whats the best way to stay hydrated without losing vitamins?

okay drink water....or mix gatoraid with equal amount of water...that will keep you hydrated.....and if you drink it warm it will work faster in the body then cold water.....but the vitamins you will lose and the electrolytes....but the sun also helps with vitamins also.....but if you use a multivatiman in the morning you should be fine for the day....and if you are real concerned then maybe check into time released vitamins...
its electrolytes that you lose by sweating... drink gatorade..... it is proven to replenish electrolytes... and take a good vitamin every day......
