How come when I work out I don't feel energized?

I've been doing light jogging on a treadmill for about 30 min on Mondays. Im 5'2 and about 113lbs. Is it because i haven't worked out in a long time or what?
Answers:
You have to let your body adjust to a cardio work out. When you elevate your heart rate your burning fat and calories. Your body can't just respond to it instantly. Once you allow your body to adjust to the elevated heart rate then it will have more tolerance and endurance. Make sure you jog for at least 20 minutes 3 times a week or more. Also, jog in the morning, not in the afternoon or at night. That will help to wake you up.

You're not starting out with enough energy (carbs, fats, etc.) and your workout is draining your reserves.
