Learn to like exercise. Your metabolism is only going to get slower and improved diet will only get you so far. Plus, you'll be setting a better example for your kid. Try weight watchers, you can eat what you want, just in better quantities. I bet you'll do well. You don't need to do aerobics to lose weight. Just vacuum a few extra minutes. Take your little one in the stroller.

Do yoga, its not that hard even though it is exercise. it stretcheds you out and makes you leaner.
I have had some weight on me for a while and decided I needed to lose a few pounds. My husband had lost some weight using some products called "shape works" it workd so well for the both of us he started sellin it. My suggestion is to start walking and take the baby with you. Try to walk a mile a day with your baby in a stroller and work your way up. You might want to shoot for 3 miles a day. You don't have to walk it all at one time. You can break it up to what is comfortable for you.
In addition you might want to begin lifting weights to built muscles. Muscles burn fat faster. You don't need real heavy ones and you can lift while you watch TV. Good luck.
Try a cleansing diet. I do not like exercise either. With the cleansing program I did I lost 10.5 pounds and 17 inches in 10 days and then 25 pounds in 5 weeks! I was not too difficult to do, but did require some willpower. I read a success story about a women losing weight quickly after having a baby. Check out the link. This woman lost 63 pounds after having her baby. My friend is due in a couple weeks and hopes to do this program after delivery. She is standing up in a wedding in the fall and wants to lose by then.
