i have a question.?


Question:
i eat whatever i want whenever i want. i usually get hungry every two hours or so. i can't eat that much at one time though. is that ok

I agree with what the others have posted. I have lost 41 pounds by changing my eating habits from 3 big meals a day to 5 small snacks a day. Make sure that they are healthy snacks though. Carrots, Celery, or your favorite vegetables with small amounts of peanut butter for protein as well as Pimiento cheese can be a good snack. If you crave something sweet, Oranges, Apples,etc. will do the trick. Also, try to make sure you do not eat a large meal after 7 pm. If you feel hungry after that hour, the above snacks are best. Drink plenty of water to keep your stomach full and stay away from any soda pop or sugar drinks. ie: sweet tea, etc. Hope this helps.

don't worry, you're normal, that's much better than overeating and making yourself sick because your stomach is so full, kinda like what people do at Thanksgiving, too much of a good thing isn't always good!

Its much better to eat small meals all day long, rather than 3 giant ones a day. That is normal and healthy (as long as you are eating a variety of foods and not a lot of junk.)


Eating several small meals a day is better for you anyway.
